Unable to renew License

Hi,

We are unable to renew our Pix4d mapper monthly license.
Please help.

Our system shows that you have already paid the license from Aug 4, 2021 to Sep 4, 2021 (monthly). Are you trying to purchase the license for September?

I managed to do that after I dropped a mail to you guys.
