I usually use Pix4D Mapper from remote machine. The computer went down, and I am trying to use another. I have deactivated remote machine in license manage. It is an old perpetual license.
Any solutions?

Available license, but “ok” isn’t an option. This is really putting my work in a bind.

Hi @jlmitchell42 ,
May I ask which PIX4Dmapper did you download?
Since your Support and Upgrade expired in Jan. 6th 2022, the latest PIX4Dmapper for you to download would be v4.7.1 to 4.7.5.
If you happen to download v4.8.0 and later, it could be the reason why the button “OK” is greyed out. If this is the case, you can go to PIX4Dmapper technical release note to download the latest version that is available for your license.
Let us know if this helps. Keep in mind by renewing the Support and Upgrade you can get the latest version and personal support (Response time on average within 24 business hours).
Sincerely,
Rosana (she/her)
