Hi all, we invested in a Mavic 3M drone and RTK along with Pix4D fields last year. However we’ve struggled to get enough paying customers. So we stopped using the software some months ago - but failed to notice that there was an “auto renew” enabled in our account. The subscription renewed at the end of September and Pix4D took over 1000 Euros out of our account. Given that we hadn’t logged on for months and the fact that I contacted support straightaway I asssumed there would be no problem refunding us. I tried explaining we have no paying customers and we need to go back to the drawing board - and be happy to opt back in if things work out. But to no avail- they are sticking rigidly to their terms and conditons. This will finish us off as a business and leaves a very bitter taste.
I appreciate this was an oversight on our part - but as it stands Pix4D have over a 1000 Euros of our money for software that we haven’t used in the final months of the last subscription and are not using now either.
