when I create a new project in Pix4d Mapper and run the processing the volume & ortho mosaic tabs are not available when processing finished. I have recently renewed my license but in my previous license everything worked fine?

I answered to your support question. You are logged into Pix4D desktop which is free but step 3 cannot be processed and outputs cannot be exported. You need to log out and log in again. When you log in, select pix4Dmapper from the login window:
