Is it possible as in Drone Deploy, to be looking at the elevation model versus the visual model to pick the polygon for a volume calculation?
Sometimes it is easier to see the toe of a pile in the elevation view.

The volumes are computed based on the DSM. However, in the _Volumes _tab, you will see the point cloud as well as the vertices of the volumes you added using those points. If it would help you, you could change the color of the points (see image below) to show the different elevations. For example, you can choose the Altitude shades (Red, Green, Blue).
Additionally, you can add the 3D triangle mesh as a layer.
