Video collected from the windshield converted into jpg with Lat and Long every 5 meters along roadway

Hello, I have not purchased Pix4d yet. I owned a drone for years and followed the company ever since.
My company has purchased jpg images from a contractor who has collected high quality GPS video from the windshield of a vehicle. Would I be able to use Pix4d to create a reconstruction of these images into a digital twin? 1000’s km of roadway. Goal would be to find the signs , pavement marking and other roadways assets from the images.
we have many years of data captured, I’d love to build a year over year review and extract right-of-way roadway assets.
Roughly 12 tb of images, in the millions of images.

Hey there,
Absolutely! With Pix4D, you can process the GPS video images from vehicle windshields to create reconstructions and digital twins of the roads. This allows you to identify signs, markings, and other assets along the roads. Given your large dataset, Pix4D can handle it, but it’s important to plan carefully and consider factors like hardware and processing time. Before diving in, it’s a good idea to do a smaller trial run to understand the process better. Once you’re ready, Pix4D’s features can help you achieve your goals effectively. If you have more questions, feel free to ask!

Thank you for the quick response, I’m excited to try this right away.

How can we map out just raw land. Far as points to tell the drone to do this point to this point of jus land ?
