I recently used P4D mapper to produce an image of a road I will be reconstructing. My goal is to find an application for the Samsung Galaxy S5e tablet that can be used to view this geotiff image with. Said app must have the capability to measure area and linear footage. If it was also able to allow the annotation of the image with notes connected to various locations on the road and/or allow additional photos taken from the tablet camera to be attached to those various locations, those capabilities would be helpful but not required.
Accuracy does not have to be survey quality here, to the nearest foot or so is acceptable.
If anyone help me find what I’m looking for, or educate me on capabilities that I am not familiar with, I would be grateful for such assistance.
