Unsuccessful stitching on row crops

Iv been experiencing many stitching issues with row crops. I have been able to process maps for full canopy crops but i can never get a successful map processed on row crops. Is there something im missing when it comes to row crops? My Ortho map looks fine, you cant see the stitching issues until you apply an index.

Im flying a Matrice 200 with Red edge MX and DlS. the mapping software im using is Pix4D Capture.
