Trial License not working

Hello, i just started a trial license however after activating it through the email once i enter the software and log in it gives me thhe error shown in the screen shot.

I cannot export any log since i have not started a project, i am just trying to get the trial license to work, I received the email that it should now work and i should have the 15 days of trial but when i try to log in it tells me that i have no valid license

You are right, to export the application logs at the moment you need to have a project open in PIX4Dmatic. You can create an empty project, then “Export project logs” option will become enabled and you will be able to export the project logs and the application logs that are included into the project logs archive. My hope is that the application logs might include some information that will help resolving your issue.
