PIX4DMatic Demo Not Working! HELP!!!

I am trying to try out the trial of PIX4DMatic and I can’t seem to get it to work. I’ve logged out, clicked start trial, logged back in, but it says “Something went wrong - Sorry, we could not activate your license. Please try again or contact us if the problem persists.”

Please help! I have an important meeting Monday!
