Thermal Processing - No Camera Calibration

Hello,

I am trying to process a thermal orthomosaic with R-JPEG’s, however it’s telling me that the cameras aren’t calibrated. The correct camera is selected, overlap should be good enough, and image quality looks to be what it should be as well. I used the Flir XT 13mm 640x512.

Can someone help me troubleshoot this? I am looking to create an ortho that I can bring into Flir tools.

Hi, Can you check the camera parameters in the image properties editor? The pixel size should be 17 micron. Another thing to check is how the converted tif images look. The converted folder will be in the image folder. You can import the tif images in QGIS and see how it looks (if there is variability). Let us know.
