The customer support is an absolute joke

I went to the spray drone end user conference and met a rep. I explained to them that I was interested in the system but dont need it until spring. They told me to sign up now for the free trial and I could play around with the system to see if I liked it, so I did. I then cancelled my trial. I was charged $1990. I have been trying to reach them for over 2 weeks to no reply. I was going to purchase the system but am now having second thoughts now that I see they have absolutely terrible customer service.

Hi @thompsonagdrone,

Welcome to the Pix4D Community :handshake: .

I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t have a flawless experience with the trial license.

  • For now, we do not expect users to cancel the trial. The trials are expiring automatically after 15 days.
  • In your case, I see that you subscribed to a yearly subscription plan just after enabling your trial license.

I see that you also opened a support ticket. I will handle it from there. I will provide an answer by the end of the week.

Thank you for understanding.

Daniele

I hope that you hang in to give this a fair shake. I think the fact that you posted here, and gone a response so quickly is evidence that support is really pretty good during M-F.

For “standard support”, we usually reply within 24 business hours. However, we do our best to reply within 1 business day (usually even faster).
