You recently received an email regarding the termination of your subscription.
Please disregard that message. It was sent in error.
We had a system error that mistakenly sent that notification to a group of valued customers, including you.
We want to assure you: your subscription is safe and remains active. You do not need to take any action. Your access and service will continue as normal, and your billing has not been affected.

Ok, i see.
But why the plan has been removed from my account and why it’s requesting to buy a new one when i want to do a new site.

Please try the following:
log out of the Organization portal and PIX4Dcloud Drive. Clear your web browser cache and log back in. This should resolve the Cloud Drive pop-up issue. You have a valid license, so this shouldn’t be happening.
By the way, the PIX4Dcloud license is located under the Licenses tab, not Plans.
