I am unable to renew my subscription, trying to contact sales has been fruitless. Someone look at the god damn emails! This is pathetic, put a phone number on your website, your AI bot is useless. If you’re going to threaten to delete all the data and not have a way to reliably contact anyone you’re doing it wrong.

I am unable to update my subscription online, using different computers and web browsers i am unable to advanced from the subscription page. It works for the overservices you offer, but not for the cloud service.
