Good afternoon.
Since January 20, 2026, I have been trying to contact Pix4D in various ways, namely through the online form and via email, to resolve the issue of renewing our Pix4Dmapper, Pix4Dmatic, and Pix4Dsurvey licenses.
Almost 30 days have passed and I have not yet received any response or contact from Pix4D.
Could someone from your company contact me to resolve our licensing issue?
Yes. I did use my EDU email and got the notice emails - “Thanks for reaching out, Yingying - we’ll be in touch shortly“ on 1/30 and 2/6. But never get anything from Pix4D even from the spam. Thank you!
@Daniele_Lecci We are experiencing the same issue. Multiple attempts to contact sales through the form and nothing but the automated response back. We want to upgrade our Pix4dMatic monthly plan from Standard to Pro. No response and waiting on being able to do so. There doesn’t seem to be a way to automatically upgrade once the month has already been paid for and we just want to pay the difference.
Hello @Daniele_Lecci
Yes, I was contacted by Flavio who answered my question.
However, I have a problem related to the Pix4dmatic program, which, whenever any processing is performed, updates itself from version 1.69 to version 1.86.
We want to keep version 1.69 installed and not version 1.86 on the computer.
