We finish with a strange stripes when trying to stitch a thermal ortho
Files are equalized with a flir tools left and unequalized right
Can anybody help to find where is the problem and how to correct?

Hello @syntanjey, I downloaded the image and tried processing it on the Pix4Dmapper. I found out that the reason for the stripe is due to the raw images. There is no uniformity in the intensity in the captured data. From the below screenshot, you can see the intensity is not uniform in the raw captured data in comparison to the beside rows which are causing the stripes on your output.
