Stops taking images

Hi!

Sometimes the software stops taking images, tried different memorycards.

Anyone has the same problem?

It can be an issue encountered in several different cases. We would need more details about what you are experiencing to be able to guide you properly:

  • What configuration are you using? (drone, camera, mobile device)
  • Are you updated with the latest drone firmware and Pix4Dcapture versions?
  • If using the iOS version of Pix4Dcapture, are you using the Safe mode or Fast mode to trigger images?

Also in a fist step, I would suggest going through all the basic checks and troubleshooting steps. If properly followed, it will enable to solve most of the issues that can be encountered by users.
