Is there a setting in cloud to change presentation format of dates and decimal separator?

and also is there a setting to change the number of digits that appear after the decimal point, for presentation of volumes and other measurements?

DD/MM/YY or DD/MM/YYYY is common in europe.

We use comma “,” as decimal separator and “space” as thousands separator.
1 234,5 = one thousand twohundred thirtyfour point five
1,23 = one point twentythree

When presenting volumes and areas we often present it rounded to whole numbers.
