RTK will not connect after battery change

It seems Capture Pro might not be quite ready for prime time! I’ve flown two large mapping projects and was not able to finish either of them with Pix4D Capture Pro. When the drone returns for a battery change, RTK shows disconnected and, when I click connect, I get an error that says RTK cannot connect, try again later. Very frustrating!

I’m using a DJI M3E with RTK module and an Emlid RS2+ base unit connected to NTRIP service for corrections. The base unit maintains a “fix” solution and the Pilot 2 app on the M3E is receiving RTK corrections from the base. I switched to Drone Deploy both times and flew the missions with no problems.

Any thoughts or advice?
