Processing Pix4Dcatch without cloud to Pix4Dmapper

I am currently conducting a test of the Catch app on my iPhone in collaboration with another department. During this process, we captured approximately 600 photos using Catch and 88 photos with a drone. The drone images were taken in two different ways: one set includes vehicles, and the other does not. Our goal is to create two separate projects: one that provides detailed analysis for the drone photos with vehicles and another that incorporates the vehicles into the drone photos without vehicles.

We incorporated four tie points into the Catch photos, which were also included in the drone images, and added a scale to the drone photos. I processed the data in two distinct ways: first, by separately processing all Catch and drone images, and second, by processing Stage 1 in Mapper for both Catch and the drone. After merging both projects, I encountered an issue where the north direction was reversed—one project displayed one orientation, while the other displayed a conflicting one. Additionally, the scale points in the drone project were replaced by the tie points instead of the scale points.

Could you assist with identifying the potential cause of this discrepancy and suggest a solution?
