When I am running the SfM the raycloud viewer is not visible. Same as map view.
Any thoughts?

The software I am using is the version of 4.6.
It used to work smoothly but suddenly it creates this artifact.

It’s possible that an update of the Windows OS made the graphics card driver obsolete.
Please try to update the graphics card driver, restart the device and try again.
Also, are you using any kind of remote connection or virtual environment?
