All functions/views are working fine in Pix4D except the RayCloud Editor - after initial processing when I go in this viewer, I get grey boxes, no main view and missing photos on the right.
Video card issue? Any thoughts?

Then could you tell more about the GPU model and its driver version?
This was indeed a video card issue - I’m unable to get the specs easily because it’s on an offsite dedicated AWS. We found a workaround using TeamViewer to connect instead of RDP which seems to fix the issue.
