Problem stitching images of 2 parts of the flight

I did a droneflight where I had to swith batteries, so I had some ovrlap between the 2 parts of the flight. The normal overlap was 70%. The individual images are OK, but the stitching result is still inferior although I removed manually some images which seem to be causing the overlap.
What is the best way to improve the result?

I can share my logfile if needed.

I switched batteries on most of my flights, sometimes as many as six times! I’ve never seen it cause an issue with stitchin.

Did you have stable GPS? Are you using RTK?
