Hi, while using the polygon selection tool (J) in either the main view or profile/section view, it often requires multiple clicks to record a selection. About 50% of my clicks do not place a polygon vertex. Is there some secret to using the polygon tool? It is not uncommon for me to have to click 4-5 times before a vertex actually gets placed.
Additionally, if we could zoom once the polygon selection tool has been started, that would be amazing.

Can you please share with me the version of PIX4Dsurvey you are using?
Recently we have released a new preview version of PIX4Dsurvey (1.66), and we addressed some issues with the polygon tool. Can you please download it and try again?

I checked with the Product team and it looks like the problem might be with the speed of the selection. If you try to vectorize too fast, Survey will have a hard time recognizing that selection so I’d suggest you to try to vectorize at a slower pace.
