Hi Heechul,

  1. You can remove elements from the points cloud by the Edit Densified Point Cloud tool: select the points and assign them to the group called Disabled. This tool works in a similar way as the one in the video you posted.

Then, you can run step 3 in order to generate a digital surface model (DSM) based on the edited point cloud. Thus, this DSM will not include the features you removed from the point cloud.

  1. If I understand you correctly, some outputs for which you select the GeoTIFF output format are not successfully exported in the results folder.
  • For which outputs does it happen?
  • You mention it happens occasionally. Do the projects in which this happens have something in common (size, type of image, computer used, folder location, etc.)?
  • Do you get an error message? If yes, please post a screenshot of it.
  • Could you post a link the the log file and .p4d file of a project where the GeoTIFF file was not created?
