Pix4DMapper certified...now what

Hello community,

Brand new to PIX4D.
I captured images of a roof using Pix4Dcapture and uploaded into my Pix4D project. However, when I look at the rayCloud, the “Cameras” and Tie Points" layers aren’t checked and they’re grayed out so I can’t check them. Can someone explain what I’ve done wrong?

Are you using Pix4Dmapper or Pix4Dcloud?
Is step 1 processed? If not, please process at least step 1 and let us know if the error persists.

Please also send us a screenshot that highlights the issue so that we better understand the case.
