The affected dataset is exhibiting two viewer issues at the same time:
- The 3D viewer is displaying the point cloud / 3D model of a completely different project, not the dataset that is actually open.
- The 2D outputs (orthomosaic, DSM, etc.) are not displayed at all in the Cloud viewer.
- Our client try to get this shared link dataset they will asked for login instead of showing results.
However, when the output files (point cloud, orthomosaic, DSM, etc.) are downloaded directly from the dataset, all downloaded data corresponds correctly to the expected project. This confirms that the processed outputs are intact on the backend, and that the issue is specific to how the Cloud viewer is displaying the data.

Hello @humayunsajjad.official
We detected a glitch that caused the outputs of a different dataset to be displayed. We sincerely apologize for this incident. We have modified the system, and it should now display correctly. Please check your end:
While reviewing the system, we noticed a few things we’d like to ask you about. Do you usually access datasets using view-only share links, even though you own the datasets? Note that if this is the case, the share token is only necessary for people who need access to the dataset and who are not part of the organization.
If the people accessing your dataset are from your company or regular collaborators, we encourage you to invite collaborators to your organization instead of sharing a username and password. For more information, see: Organization management
I hope this information helps.
Have a nice day!
