pix4dcapture show over maximum flight radius need help

dear pix4dcature developer 

i use pix4dcature application on iphone6s and ipadmim4. but i got a problem is when i use this app for automatic flight with drone at elevation 200 meters from ground (inspire 1 pro camera x5zenmuse) it’s show over maximum flight radius then i can’t fly this mission. Although i could fly with this elevation at same area same device. please help me that how can i unlock over maximum flight with this app or another method that make me can fly. thank you

Hi Piyawat,

In your case, I would suggest you go through all the steps of our basic checks and troubleshooting article.
I would especially focus on this step:

  • No flight setting conflicts with the mission, including maximum altitude, beginner mode, geofences, etc.

The parameter Enable Max Distance should be disabled as it is probably one parameter that can conflict with your mission using Pix4Dcapture.
