From the list found here: Supported drones, cameras, and controllers - PIX4Dcapture Pro
only the following drones from the “Mavic” series are supported:

DJI Mavic 2

  • DJI Mavic 2 Pro
  • DJI Mavic 2 Zoom

DJI Mavic 3

  • DJI Mavic 3E
  • DJI Mavic 3T
  • DJI Mavic 3M

If you are referring to another page, please share the URL and a screenshot with me so we can fix that.
