Have you generated the DSM again after upgrading to 2.1.58?
The old DSM should be replaced with the new DSM that does not contain the deleted points.

I have, same results. Do I need to reprocess the job with the new version of the software? I removed the 3_dsm_ortho and generated volumes.

Are you saying that I need to move those points i dont want to deleted points and then run step 3 processing again? That’s a hassle. Using version 3.1.23
