Anytime I process images from my DJI P4 multispectral I have to manually enter the Green, Red and NIR band. Can anyone help me on what could be the issue on why the software does not recognize the bands?
Hello @wyatt.young, The reason that the software is not able to detect the camera model is because the metadata on the images are not correct. I recommend you to updates the firmware of the drone and camera and see if that helps to resolve the issue.
Hello, I did update the firmware on the drone and i am still receiver the "Error e0024: the parameters of the camera model are not valid. Error: Set R2 between -focal[px] and focal [px].
