Pix4D mapper - High-Performance Computer

Hi everyone!

I’ve been using PIX4D Mapper for quite some time to create orthomosaics and DSM/DTMs. However, I’ve recently run into limitations with my local machine—processing takes several days and often results in errors due to insufficient capacity.

I’m considering moving the processing to a high-performance computer that operates in a bash (console) environment. Has anyone tried this before? Is it possible to run PIX4D Mapper in such a setup? I’d love to hear about your experiences or any tips you might have.

I’ve also come across PIX4Dengine as a potential alternative, but I’ve noticed there isn’t much documentation or tutorials available. If anyone has worked with it, I’d appreciate your insights.

What would you do in this situation? Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance

Hello @mramoso, I would suggest you to content the sales representative so they can recommend you the better workflow based on your requirement. We do have a lot of document about PIX4Dengine and will also be assigned dedicated support person for onboarding and troubleshooting the issue.
