Pix4D field doesn't recognize the raster bands from an imported .tiff

Hi!

When I import a multiespectral raster image using the “other maps” menu some bands are missing. I can only see Red, Green, Gray, Gray and alpha. In QGIS the bands appear correctly: Grenn, Red and NIR. How can I solve this?
