I use a Dji Phantom 4 Pro and tablet CristalSky (customized android by DJI). I created a mission in the project list, the flight time was 26 minutes more or less. When I was in the flight area I run the app. I started the mission, all the item of checklist were green but the drone didn’t take off.
Some one can help me to understand ? This was my first multiple battery mission. If I need to use more batteries than one is it necessary use a specific workflow?

The latest versions of our app and drone firmware are installed.
You are not trying to fly in a DJI No-Fly-Zone and in a zone where interferences with the drone can occur.
Everything is working fine using the drone manufacturer app.
