Pix4D Capture multiple battery mission doesn't start

Hi,

I use a Dji Phantom 4 Pro and tablet CristalSky (customized android by DJI). I created a mission in the project list, the flight time was 26 minutes more or less. When I was in the flight area I run the app. I started the mission, all the item of checklist were green but the drone didn’t take off.

Some one can help me to understand ? This was my first multiple battery mission. If I need to use more batteries than one is it necessary use a specific workflow?

What is my mistake?

Best regards

Gianluca

Hi Gianluca,

Your configuration is supported by Pix4Dcapture and then you should be able to run a multi-battery without any issues. To know more about how to fly multi-battery mission you can have a look here.
Have you been able to fly your drone before using Pix4Dcapture?

I would suggest you to have a look at our basic checks and troubleshooting articleon our Knowlege Base. Following the recommendations of this article will enable you to solve your issue in most of the cases.

Also, I would suggest you to focus if:

  • The latest versions of our app and drone firmware are installed.
  • You are not trying to fly in a DJI No-Fly-Zone and in a zone where interferences with the drone can occur.
  • Everything is working fine using the drone manufacturer app.

Best,
