Pix4d capture has login issue

I installed the app on a tablet. but I can not login (tested the network is working properly). It is saying: “cannot connect to the server”

The version is 4.8.0

did you use a Pix4D account email address to connect to Pix4Dcapture? If yes, please send us a screenshot of the error message you get so that we can better help you.
