Long time user, I do not see this issues but we have a client who cannot see the point cloud, they can see the mesh and 2D ortho but when in 3D no point cloud data is showing.
Everything is as it should be as per our instructions but wondered if any Browsers are not support on a windows machine or any known bugs?. Our clients colleagues can see the point cloud on their machines.
