Point Cloud not showing in 3D

So i have a weird situation i have not encountered before. I have gone through all the processing steps (Calibration, Dense Point Cloud, DSM, Orthomosaic and exported all needed files). The job processed with great results and i can see the dense point cloud layer has 50 million points, however, when i go to the 3D view, there is basically nothing there, no point cloud. Then when i bring the job into Pix4Dsurvey, the point cloud doesnt come through.

I have the point cloud .laz file in the exports folder and it appears complete, but cannot view in matic or survey.

I have never encountered this before, any ideas what could be happening?

false alarm, at some point my point size setting had been dragged down to almost zero. :face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth:
