Pictures without geotag (radiometric calibration)

I performed a drone flight with the Sequoia sensor but for some reason several pictures were not geotagged (I took pictures to the calibration target before the mission). I extracted the GPS location from the autopilot and merge them to fix the geolocation. However, I can not perform the Camera and Sun Irradiance calibration (which I assume they could not be written in the pictures due to the lost of the GPS signal of the irradiacne sensor?). Is there a way to fix this? I am using Pix4Dmapper.

Hi Diego,

It could be that the sunshine sensor was not well connected to the main body of the camera during the flight. There is no way to use the correction if the values or tags are missing. For this project, you will need to use camera only the calibration target fro radiometric calibration.
