Phantom 3 Professional unable to connect (pix4d updated, no dji go)

We have several phantom 3 professional drones, which we cannot fly anymore with our android devices and the newest pix4d capture. No dji go is installed. Errors are variable, e.g. The range is too large, an internal error has occurred or simply the drone is not connected. If the drone connects, then another error will follow. I have to work with these drones, it is important to get this fixed really quickly. Thank you in advance for your help.
