Why? I’ve gone through adjusting the grid, took off and hovered, etc. It will not upload the flight plan which is the only thing that fails. Phantom 3 Pro. About to go back to Drone Harmony. Never had an issue with their app.

Pix4Dcapture is a free app.
In order to make it work with your drone I suggest you to follow this basic checks. If properly followed, they will solve most of the issues that can be encountered.

However if you have purchased a Pix4Dmapper license, there is nothing that impedes you to acquire your images with a third-party application and then process your images in Pix4Dmapper.
