Othomosaic not using all available images

Hello,

I have collected a series from a single flight. When importing into Pix4D I can see the image points give full coverage of the area I surveyed

However, once the images are processed only about 60% of the area is included in the stitched orthomosaic. Any advice would be much appreciated.
