Orthomosaic: Polygon Mission

Newbie here. Wanted to get advice regarding 2 things:

  1. I am using a DJI Mavic 2 Pro for mapping. Will Pix4D Capture allow me to change batteries on my drone for longer orthomsoaic missions?

  2. Does the app supposed to set the camera’s auto focus automatically prior to taking photos for thr missions. If not then can set the focus once the drone already started the mission?
