Orthomosaic not not available in cloud?

I have a fairly large collection of images used for the generation of an orthomosaic. All other processes have completed, and I can even see a reduced resolution view of the orthomosaic in the quality file. 

 

But if i go into project>results, orthomosaic says “upload file”

 

What gives?

Hi Andrew,

It seems the output could not be tiled for web viewing. However, you can download the zip file (export to Pix4D desktop). If you download the results folder (Export to Pix4D Desktop), you should find the orthomosaic ( I checked it).
