Does anyone know if you have to be current on software to run data sets?
I have the perpetual license that expired in October 2024 with software version 2.5.1.
Data that was collected prior to this date I am able to retrieve NDVI and others. Anything collected after date of expiration I am not (the map shows up grey and not in color like previous).
Hi, the problem you are having is not related to the S&U license you have.
You can process datasets captured at any date with 2.5.1.
Can you share a screenshot of the grey map?
