License issues by updating Version


1 month ago I renewed our annual license, then It could work again. Now I just updated from Version 4.6.3 to 4.6.4 and It says that there are no availbable licensese found for this account. What is the matter? Thanks for a quik answer. I need to work with the programm.

Hi David,

From what I can see, you should be able to use the newer version under your Mapper Plan. Are you sure you were logging in with that one and not discovery/older license?

Could you share a screenshot of the error?
