No GPU Device found, fallback on CPU

Having an issue with accessing the GPU when processing on Pix4Dmatic.

I have been on with NVIDIA support who assure me that the GPU driver is updated and correct. Is there any other issue that might cause this or workaround?

I am running the most updated version of Pix4Dmatic.

I have attached a zipped file of the logs

mhm, first thing I’d try is to check whether your NVIDIA GPU is assigned to PIX4Dmatic by default (sometimes the Intel one gets picked instead), you can follow the steps here: How to use a discrete graphics card (Windows 10 and Windows 11) - PIX4Dmatic

If that’s not it, I’ll look more into it.

Hello,

Made those changes to the discrete graphics card. But still the same issue persists

Any further suggestions?

Hello,

Based on the last log file, you are using a vGPU to process. If we take for granted that the GPU driver is updated (according to NVIDIA) the issue may be related to the use of vGPU, as we don’t officially support it.

Can you let us know if you have successfully processed a project with this hardware and PIX4Dmatic before? Or is this the first time?
