Mosaic Editor not rendering in colour

I am using Pix4D 4.2.26 on a windows 64 bit machine running windows 8.1 Pro.  When I activate the mosaic editor, the mosaic and thumnails are all rendered in gray scale.  I get the following on the processing log:

[Processing]: Loading orthomosaic [group1]

[Processing]: Step3Done

[UI]: Processing Options clicked.

[Error]: Loader [orthom@(5000,5000,10000,10000)@0.5]: failed to color data (empty data buffer)!

[Error]: Loader [orthom@(5000,5000,10000,10000)@0.5]: failed to load image!

[Processing]: Saving orthomosaic

Did I miss a setting or could this be a bug?

Hi Kirk,

Could you install the latest version 4.2.27 and re-process step 3 to see if the problem persists? If it does, please share with us the following:

  • The quality report (.pdf format): …\project_name\1_initial\report\project_name_report.pdf
  • The project log file (text file): …\project_name\project_name.log
  • The project file (.p4d): …\project_name.p4d
  • One or several screenshots of the 3D rayCloud view.
