I am making a DSM of a glacier which a mapped at 3 different days / front/central/upper part and with different flight altitudes. I added 3 GCPs to every area and merged them afterward together /there is sufficient overlap. I have attached the quality report and some printscreens.

Have you been using MTPs for the merging?
For an optimal merging, we recommend the use of MTPs that should have the same name on all projects with respect to their location.
If it still does not improve your merging, upload your project files here (Quality Report, *.log, *.p4d, images…):
