maps for flight planning re not available here , and in zoom in those are like invisible.

Hi,

     I’m Pabitra .i have a problem that in pix4d app to select the maping area , at a height of 2,3 or 4 km the map is showing properly but after zoom in to the map it get dissappear . i don’t  know what is the problem .ehat shoud i do ?

Hi Pabitra,

This is a known issue and it can happen that, in some areas, the satellite imagery is not fully available.

At the moment we recommend you to have a look at the import .kml/kmz feature (Android only) or to change the base map provider in general settings of the app. Have a look at this community post for more information: HERE.
