Mapping Volume Map has dark spots

After processing my photos in Pix 4D Mapping, the Volumes Map has a lot of dark spaces and will not compute volumes correctly. Here is what it looks like.

Could this be a camera settings issue or a Pix 4D mapping settings issue?

Hello,
Your quality report indicates very high camera optimization error. Try enabling All Prior for the internal parameters optimization. It should help your project.
